Every device is manufactured and inspected to meet the highest regulatory and clinical standards.
We work closely with respected certification bodies including SGS, TÜV, UL, DNV, and the FDA to support approvals for CE, FCC, UL, CCC, UKCA, C-Mark, RCM, and other market-specific certifications.
While Moda facilitates compliance testing and documentation, we do not perform regulatory submissions (e.g. FDA, MHRA) or Human Factors studies. These must be arranged by the client or their designated regulatory consultant.
