Manufacturing Qualification
Every new product manufactured by Moda undergoes full Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) validation – confirming that all equipment is correctly installed, processes are controlled, and production delivers consistent quality under real-world conditions.
All validations are conducted under Moda’s ISO 13485:2016-certified quality system and align fully with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 requirements, giving you complete confidence in compliance and performance from the outset.
Kitting
Moda delivers fully assembled diagnostic and medical kits, tailored to your exact procedural needs and manufactured in ISO 14644-1 Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms.
Each kit is available sterile or non-sterile and packaged in sealed sterile barrier pouches. Sterilisation options in accordance with ISO 11135 (ethylene oxide) or ISO 11137 (radiation) standards are available, with full traceability, quality reporting, and documentation provided.
From sample collection and clinical diagnostics to forensic applications, our compliant kitting solutions ensure your kits are verified, protected, and ready to use upon delivery.

While packaging is always produced to meet customer and regulatory requirements, Moda prioritises sustainably sourced materials wherever possible. For paper and pulp-based formats, we favour environmentally sustainable raw materials from perennial resources such as sugarcane bagasse and bamboo fibres. Unless a customer requires specific inks to be used, all packaging printing uses vegetable-based inks.
